The Wanted's Max George made a good impression on Michelle Obama when the band visited The White House.

The latest episode of their E! reality show The Wanted Life shows the British boyband being invited to perform for President Barack Obama and his family earlier this year.

Max seemed most excited about meeting the family pet Bo, a Portuguese Water dog, and Max tells bandmates Jay McGuiness, Siva Kaneswaran, Tom Parker and Nathan Sykes he has a special talent for talking to dogs.

When the band get to the White House they met First Lady Michelle and dog Bo.

Max tried to show off his skills by asking Bo to shake his paw, but the pet ignored him, until he used an American accent, which Michelle found hilarious.

Max later said on the show: "I think anyone who doubts my American accent should just watch that performance. If the First Dog can believe in it then anyone can."

The First Lady also told the lads: "Stay out of trouble. I'm watching..."

If someone does criticise your work, remain silent. These remarks may be terribly unfair, but defending yourself will only make the situation worse. Breathe deep. This, too, shall pass.More
