Video: Jay Z got 99 problems but Ellen Grossman ain't one

New Yorker Ellen Grossman has praised Jay-Z after meeting him on a subway train.

The 67-year-old went viral this week when a clip from Jay-Z's Life + Times documentary was released.

The video (above) shows her the rapper on the train in September, unaware of who he is. The star was on his way to perform at Brooklyn's Barclays Center on the New York subway.

Ms Grossman asks the rapper: "Are you famous?" To which he modestly replies: "Not that famous. You don't know me. But I'll get there some day."

She described meeting Jay-Z as "wonderful".

Virgo:

You'll have to make an emotional appeal to your boss. Unless things change, you might have to find another job. You're a very tolerant person, but you can't handle toxic behaviour. A colleague who takes great pleasure in making everyone feel miserable should be reprimanded. Make it clear you aren't the only person who is suffering from their abuse. Explain how this bully is ruining morale. It's a system wide problem that needs to be nipped in the bud.More
