West won't face 'attack' charges

Kanye West will not face criminal charges over an alleged attack

Kanye West will not face criminal charges over an incident in which he apparently punched a man in a California chiropractor's office.

Los Angeles County prosecutors did not file charges against the rapper because he had reached a civil settlement with the man and there were no significant injuries recorded.

A document rejecting a battery case says the 18-year-old man had used a racial slur in an argument with West's fiancee Kim Kardashian on January 13.

West was not arrested and his lawyer Blair Berk declined to comment on the prosecutors' decision.

The prosecutors' charge evaluation sheet says there were conflicting witness accounts about how many times West punched the man, but it noted that he was not seriously injured.

You feel optimistic and for good reason. An admirer has been trying to win your heart. All this attention is flattering. If you're single, keep playing hard to get. The more you resist, the more they'll persist. Are you already in a relationship? Start pursuing a cherished dream. Fulfilling your heart's desire will make you a better partner and friend. Dwelling on what might have been will just make you bitter. Take a risk. It's better to try and fail than be paralysed by fear.More
