Will.i.am is hoping to fix up a duet between Cheryl Cole and Britney Spears.
The Black Eyed Peas star and music producer - who helped launch Cheryl's career when she featured on his track Heartbreaker in 2008 - has been working with both girls in the studio, and is keen to see them collaborating.
Will told The Sun: "Britney would be great with Cheryl. When I'm recording with Britney I've four songs of Cheryl sitting there."
The Voice coach - who has worked with Cheryl on her solo albums and featured her vocals on his 2010 hit with Nicki Minaj, Check It Out - also hopes to see the Girls Aloud singer work with Rihanna.
He said: "I told Rihanna there was this girl called Cheryl Cole and she is the pop princess of England. I was telling people in America they should collaborate. Hopefully it will happen soon."
