Willie Nelson is getting straight back on the road after he was taken ill at the weekend.
The 79-year-old county music legend was scheduled to perform on Saturday at a private home in Castle Pines Village, Colorado at a benefit for an organisation that provides animal care and shelter in the Denver area.
The host of the fundraiser, Fred Bartlit, told The Denver Post that he was informed that Nelson was taken to the hospital after having trouble breathing.
But representative Elaine Shock said on Monday that Nelson was not hospitalised and is feeling better.
She added that no other concerts will be cancelled. His next performance is scheduled for Tuesday in Dallas.
