50 Cent reveals birthday plans

50 Cent,

50 Cent is celebrating his birthday by listening to his "banging" new album.

The rapper has kept his fans on their toes lately with differing reports of when he will release new material. He's now confirmed the record Street King Immortal will hit stores in November, but a teaser record called 5 (Murder by Numbers) is being released for free this week.

50 turns 36 on July 6 and says it is the perfect way to celebrate his special day.

"Try to avoid negative people today.my birthday is the day after tomorrow. I'm celebrating already :o)," he wrote on Twitter.

"I'm listening to album 5 this joint banging. I'm giving it away as a birthday present to my self cool right (sic)?"

The rapper is currently in New York City, which he is enjoying. The trip isn't all about fun though as the star has also been working on his upcoming exercise manual.

"I'm up already they got me working on fitness book. On my way to the gym good morning people," he wrote.

"Man I really love new York. I have been a lot of places,but ain't no place like home (sic)."
