Affleck wins Guy Of The Year award

Ben Affleck has been named Guy Of The Year at an awards ceremony.

The actor and director - who picked up an Oscar for Argo this year - is the golden guy again, this time in a ceremony just for men.

Ben was crowned the winner at the Spike TV Guys' Choice Awards 2013 and was handed his trophy by Clint Eastwood.

In a somewhat closed field, Jeff Bridges picked up the gong for Original Dude, while Burt Reynolds came away with Alpha Male.

Brit actor Henry Cavill was also recognised as new Superman movie Man Of Steel won the most anticipated film award.

However, it wasn't only men in attendance - Jessica Alba and Jennifer Aniston showed up, as did a giraffe which took to the stage with Jason Sudeikis.

The awards were held in California.
