Amanda Bynes has successfully undergone more cosmetic surgery but still wants to thin out the bridge of her nose.

The former child actress had a permanent cosmetic treatment on her face on Saturday.

However the 27-year-old believes she should have more work done in order to achieve perfection.

“I made it out of the surgery alive! Haha!” she joked to over two million Twitter followers. “I'll post the video soon! I need one more procedure to thin out the bridge of my nose!”

Amanda had earlier promised fans that her procedure was to be documented in motion.

She told the public via her micro-blogging page that they could watch the gory method in a future post.

“I'm having surgery today on my nose!” she wrote. “I'm going to post a video of some of the procedure on my twitter!”

Amanda has gone under the knife in the past in order to change her appearance.

However she decided to return to the surgery table recently when she was arrested for allegedly throwing a bong from her apartment window.

“I only smoke tobacco I don't drink or do drugs,” she explained. “I've never had a bong in my life! I need to get another nose job after seeing my mugshot! :D”

The troubled star was charged with possession of marijuana, attempted evidence tampering and reckless endangerment.

She denied any wrongdoing and was ordered to appear in court July 9 to explain the incident.

Amanda was arrested on suspicion of DUI in April 2012 and has been involved in two alleged hit-and-run cases in the last year.

She is currently on three years' probation for driving on a suspended license following a traffic stop in Los Angeles, California last September.
