Ashley Greene was convinced her house was haunted after being brainwashed by her latest horror film.
The actress stars in The Apparition, which tells the story of a series of frightening events that occur in a young couple's home.
Ashley has joked that appearing in the spooky horror movie has affected her everyday life.
"You know what's funny? The other day, I found broken plates and a cracked glass, behind my bed. I was like 'My house is haunted!'" she exclaimed to Moviehole.net. "Then I realised we have had so many earthquakes in Los Angeles At least I hope that's right!"
Ashley's character sticks around after the strange happenings start to occur in the film, but the 25-year-old star is not that brave.
The brunette beauty insists her panic would get the better of her.
"I think fear is a very powerful thing. It stops people from doing a lot of things," she explained, before adding: "I would get out - I would definitely get out. I like to think I'm a strong person but [her character] Kelly is a little braver than I am."
