Ashton Kutcher: I’m not tough
Ashton Kutcher has denied he is demanding to work with.
The actor has starred in a string of hit movies such as What Happens in Vegas as well as TV shows like Two and a Half Men.
Ashton admits that he is ambitious, but denied he is demanding in his professional life.
"I think I'm pretty soft. If someone does something I don't agree with, I usually start by asking them why they did that and allow them to explain rather than going in and complaining," he told Hello! magazine.
"I had a lot of football coaches when I was a kid who, if I did something wrong, would slap me upside the head and yell at me: 'Don't do it again'. I never liked that. I preferred the teachers who would get to the core of my intention and move from there. And that's how I try to treat others."
Ashton thanks his parents for his success in life. The 35-year-old star has landed the role of Apple co-founder Steve Jobs in new movie biopic Jobs, and says his achievements can all be placed back to his upbringing.
"My parents are phenomenal people and they gave me immense confidence by always saying to me: 'Hey, you can do this, you can do that, you can build things, you can be someone'. They also taught me about hard work, which I think is an invaluable lesson," he continued. "No matter what you do, if you work really hard at it, the chances are that you're going to be successful."
