Ashton Kutcher 'meticulous method actor'

Ashton Kutcher has embraced method acting so much he could reportedly "give Al Pacino a run for his money".

The Hollywood star is portraying late Apple founder Steve Jobs in the upcoming movie Jobs. He is taking the part seriously and has decided to employ the method acting process, meaning he is staying in character even when the cameras stop rolling.

"I think there's a lot of pressure on Ashton so that's why he's being so meticulous about the part, and why he's being so method. He wants to be taken seriously as an actor and sees this as his big chance," an insider told RadarOnline.

"Well, he's certainly got the method acting down to a T- when it comes to that he could give Marlon Brando and Al Pacino a run for their money!"

Ashton is understood to be enjoying a romance with Mila Kunis. However, he's so serious about Jobs that he has asked her not to visit him on set in case he can't concentrate.

"[He's worried] he'll break character," a source explained.
