The Great British Bake Off winner Nadiya Hussain said she's ready to "let loose" when she joins I TV's Loose Women as a guest panellist this Friday.

The 31-year-old appeared on the show in early January and said she had such a good time, she "just couldn't say no".

During her last guest stint on the show she revealed that she had been forced to get a police guard for her home.

The mum-of-three said that she had been the target of racist threats on Twitter following her spectacular victory on the BBC's hit baking show in 2015.

Talking about her return to the panel, she said: " I'm so excited and ready to let loose and discuss all the hot topics of the day with the lovely Loose Women."

The show's editor, Sally Shelford, said Hussain had not only won the baking show, but also the hearts of the nation.

"She impressed us all with her humility, grace and good humour when she came on Loose Women as a celebrity guest, and we can't wait to see her come back as a panellist," she explained.

"We think she has all the ingredients of a great guest Loose Woman and we're sure our viewers will agree."
