Baxendale: No Cold Feet about show

Helen Baxendale would be happy to consider a Cold Feet reunion

Helen Baxendale has revealed she is keen to take part in a Cold Feet reunion - even though her character has already been killed off.

The 40-year-old, who starred as Rachel in the hit ITV show, said TV executives had been in touch about making a new series.

"They've been so lovely and said, 'Look, we really would want you in it' - but I don't know how they would do that," she told The Sun.

"They did come to me and ask and say, 'How can we get her back in?'."

Millions of viewers tuned in to watch Rachel's death in a shock lorry crash in 2003.

Helen said the series - which also helped ignite the careers of James Nesbitt and Fay Ripley - would always hold a special place in her heart.

"It was such a lovely thing to do and it was so much part of our youth, of course you'd say 'yes'. But you'd have to look at the whole thing on its merits in every way."

It looks as if the prospects for a relationship are good, so long as your intentions are honourable. Playing with a person's heart will backfire miserably. Make sure your feelings are deep and true before embarking on an affair.More
