Berry says baby boys are different
Halle Berry has said life with her baby son has taught her it is different bringing up boys.
The X-Men actress gave birth to son Maceo in October with husband Oivier Martinez and already has five-year-old daughter Nahla with ex Gabriel Aubrey.
Asked how life was with a son, she told E!: "Fantastic. The energy. Whoever says they're not different from the start, they've never had both."
She also said she felt that motherhood affected how she performed in roles: "Being a mom - that started when I had my daughter six years ago - you do start to bring different levels to your performances because being a mom is so life-changing and transforming when you have that rite of passage and so it would be very hard for me not to bring that to every single thing that I do and I love that."
Halle, 47, is set to star in Frankie And Alice where she plays 1970s go-go dancer Frankie, who has dissociative identity disorder and battles two alter egos, a seven-year-old child called Genius and a Southern white racist woman called Alice.
