Halle Berry's ex-boyfriend Gabriel Aubry has been arrested for investigation of battery after authorities say he and the Oscar-winning actress' current boyfriend got into a fight on the Thanksgiving holiday.
Los Angeles Police Officer Julie Boyer says Gabriel came over to Halle's house on Thursday and there were reports of an assault. Police say Gabriel was injured and was taken to a hospital.
He was later held for investigation of battery and released on 20,000 dollars bail. He is scheduled to appear in court December 13.
The pair have been involved in a custody dispute involving their young daughter, Nahla.
Emails sent to Halle's publicist and Aubry's family lawyer were not immediately returned.
The actress has been dating French actor Olivier Martinez and he said earlier this year that they were engaged.
