Bieber 'ditches family meal for Selena'

Justin Bieber

Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez skipped a family meal to go on a romantic date.

The couple have been experiencing difficulties recently, following claims Justin was flirting with models at the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show. It was reported the pair split but they have since been spotted together and after Selena was seen backstage at the 18-year-old singer's Madison Square Garden on Wednesday, it's thought things are firmly back on.

After the performance Justin's family had arranged a get together, with the New York Post claiming his grandparents, sister and 30 friends all attended.

The young star and his girlfriend decided to take a trip to arcade Dave & Busters in Times Square.

They "played a bunch of games", the publication claims, among them car racing and a shooting one. There is also a rollercoaster at the establishment which the two love birds were only too happy to test out.

"Sources tell us the couple later took off for the Trump SoHo Hotel, where both were said to be staying," the site reports.

It was the second night in a row that the on/off couple had spent time together. On Tuesday, they were spotted enjoying a meal at the Marble Lane restaurant where they surprised onlookers by how in love they seemed.

Justin recently gushed about Selena during an interview with Oprah Winfrey, which took place before they began experiencing difficulties.

"I am all about genuine people, and I feel like she's just one of the most genuine people," he said. "She just has a good heart. And I can talk to her about anything."
