Christine Bleakley has settled a contractual dispute with her former manager, her representatives have said.
The Daybreak presenter split from John Noel Management shortly before she landed her role on the ITV1 morning show to sign with Avalon, the same company as her co-star Adrian Chiles.
Her new management company Avalon said it had now come to an agreement to pay £300,000 plus costs to her former manager to settle the dispute.
Christine parted company with John Noel - whose clients include Dermot O'Leary and Russell Brand - last summer while she was negotiating a new TV deal. She had been hosting the BBC's The One Show but landed a new contract to move to ITV.
A source close to Christine said: "She is just delighted it's now out of the way. It was never about money to her and she's just happy that the lawyers have finally agreed who gets paid what."
Mr Noel said he was not aware that an agreement had been reached.
