Christine Bleakley says she's hoping to tone up for her nuptials to footballer Frank Lampard.
The new Dancing On Ice co-host told Easy Living magazine that she was enjoying life in her "engagement bubble".
She said of her impending nuptials: "I would definitely like to try (to tone up)... If you're wearing a strapless dress then you don't want to have your bingo wings on show."
Christine said her life with the England and Chelsea footballer was "very simple".
"I like just strolling round the shops with Frank, or going for a cup of tea," she said.
The presenter, who was axed from Daybreak last year, said her husband-to-be was domesticated.
"Frank's brilliant, I can't fault him at all on that level. We both like everything clean and tidy," she said.
"I make it sound like we're b****y perfect, we're so not. But I think because both of our jobs are so crazy, it's kind of nice to create a calm environment at home."
