Bobbi Kristina’s aunt writes letter to Dr. Phil

Leolah Brown, who is Bobbi Kristina’s aunt and Bobby Brown’s sister, has urged media outlets not to interview Nick Gordon until police stop investigating him.

Bobbi Kristina Brown is currently in a coma at the hospital after being found unconscious on January 31 in the bathtub of the Roswell, Georgia home she shares with boyfriend Nick.

Her aunt Leolah, who is the sister of Bobbi Kristina’s father Bobby Brown, is upset American TV talk show host Dr. Phil staged a substance abuse intervention for his show earlier this week, as she claims Nick is the prime suspect in a police probe.

"Dr. Phil, With all due respect, Nick Gordon is under investigation for the attempted murder of my niece Bobbi Kristina Brown," Leolah wrote on Facebook Saturday, according to Us Weekly magazine.

"We have strong evidence of foul play. Until this investigation is completed by law enforcement, I would ask that you or anyone else not provide this individual a platform to spin this situation to his benefit."

Bobbi Kristina, who turned 22 on Wednesday, remains in a coma at Emory University Hospital in Atlanta, Georgia.

The discovery of her unresponsive body in the bathtub is eerily similar to way the her mother Whitney Houston passed away on February 11, 2012. The I Will Always Love You singer was found on this date unconscious the bath of her hotel room at the Beverly Hilton. Whitney died at the age of 48 and a coroner ruled her demise was a result of drowning, with the effects of heart disease and cocaine abuse also serving as contributing factors.

Extra obtained an interview taken during Dr. Phil’s intervention on Nick, in which his mother Michelle made a startling confession about her son.

“When Whitney was found, he administered CPR to her and called me as he was standing in front of her saying, ‘Mom, why couldn’t I do it? I couldn’t get air into her lungs.’ He won’t let go of the guilt," she revealed.

Michelle's claim is all the more shocking considering the coroner's report stated that Whitney's assistant and bodyguard found her and pulled her from the bath and notified the hotel to call for an ambulance.
