Hugh Bonneville has confessed he had a "big boy crush" on former X Factor winner Matt Cardle.
The Downton Abbey star revealed to the February issue of Reader's Digest that he loves watching The X Factor and Strictly Come Dancing.
Hugh said: "I had a big boy crush on Matt Cardle."
But the Notting Hill star insists he will never appear on a reality show himself, as he prefers to show off his moves in private.
Hugh said: "I can't imagine doing a programme like that myself, though.
"Wild horses wouldn't drag me onto Strictly Come Dancing.
"I have tremendous respect for my colleagues who've done so, but it's not for me. My dancing and singing is best done only in the shower."
