Born actress Kate Upton

Kate Upton didn't find working on The Other Woman intimidating.

The model takes her first big movie role in The Other Woman, where she stars alongside Leslie Mann and Cameron Diaz.

It's about women who seek revenge on a cheating married man and Leslie insists Kate took to the part like a duck to water.

"To be fair, she is a natural," Leslie smiled to Empire magazine.

"It's weird. She walked in the first day and it was like, BAM!"

Kate, 21, has previously had small roles in The Three Stooges and Tower Heist.

When asked if she was nervous before featuring in The Other Woman, she admitted it wasn't as bad as she had feared.

"It would be [intimidating], normally," Kate said.

"But when you're doing it with these guys. They are my heroes. They made me feel really welcome, like I could mess up. And I think that for comedy that's the most important thing."

The three female stars of the film insist it's not a "cautionary" tale for men, but more one about sisterhood and sticking up for other women.

Cameron says there are "no bunnies boiled" in the film.

"I'm not really interested in telling that kind of story, anyway," she shrugged.

"You know, if you are going to work every single day for three months, then why waste my time and energy making that?"

Leslie added: "Exactly. Then these women would just be the victims. And that's not a fun story. And that's not truthful."
