Russell Brand and Geri Halliwell are reportedly not at all interested in hiding their fledgling romance.
The pair began dating after performing at the London Olympics Closing Ceremony weeks ago.
Their first date was apparently a romantic picnic at London's Hampstead Heath.
It was clear to onlookers on the day that Russell and Geri were romantic with one another.
"Geri and Russell were being very open about everything, there was no attempt to hide the fact that they were on a date," a source told British newspaper The Mirror.
"There was lots of giggling, eye contact and touching as they sat together near a couple of trees.
"They looked like they had known each other for years - and the relationship was obviously more than just friendly."
Russell is said to be absolutely thrilled to be dating Geri.
"He really doesn't mind who knows, because he's serious about her," a friend of Russell's detailed.
"He has fancied Geri for years, so this is almost like fulfilling a lifelong dream for him."
Russell's divorce from Katy Perry was finalised in July and the British comedian has had a number of romantic affairs since the pair split late last year.
