Brangelina’s daughter commands steep movie fee

Angelina Jolie

Four-year-old Vivienne Jolie-Pitt allegedly scored a generous pay cheque for her role in Maleficent.

The four-year-old daughter of Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie appears alongside her Hollywood actress mother in the upcoming Disney film Maleficent.

Vivienne plays the role of young Princess Aurora in the movie and allegedly scored a generous pay cheque.

According to US website TMZ, the tot's minor's contract filed with the court lists that she earned a hefty $3,000 a week, with a daily allowance of $60.

Angelina who plays the title role, confirmed the appointment of Vivienne in her movie last year.

"It's a really great script, and I'm having a lot of fun. I've already got my horns fitted. My kids are very happy," she smiled.

It was previously reported that Angelina and Brad's daughter Shiloh snubbed a role in the fantasy-thriller, paving the way for siblings Pax and Zahara to appear.

"They have smaller parts. Shiloh was supposed to be in it, too, but she was bored and not in the mood during the day her part was supposed to happen, so she ended up not being in the film," a source told US Weekly.

Maleficent is a reimagining of the classic Sleeping Beauty fairy tale told from the villain's perspective and is slated for release in 2014.

Meanwhile, Angelina made her return to the red carpet on Sunday evening at the 2013 American Society of Cinematographers Awards.

While the BAFTAs and Grammy Awards were being held in London and Los Angeles respectively, the brunette beauty made a low-key return to the spotlight at the Grand Ballroom at Hollywood & Highland Centre in Los Angeles.

Angelina failed to make an impression with her red carpet attire though, opting for a drab grey dress which fell just above her knee.
