Toni Braxton celebrated her 46th birthday with loved ones after a hard day of work.

The pop star turned 46 and took to Instagram to share something special her loved ones had planned at home.

"What I came home to!" she wrote on the social network, posting a video of what appeared to be her two sons ushering her into a small celebration.

"And she's here!" one of the boys says as a curtain of streamers is pulled open for Toni to walk through during a chorus of applause.

Toni also got a special birthday message from rapper Lil' Kim.

The Ladies Night hitmaker logged onto Twitter to send her beautiful pal well-wishes and let her one million followers know it was a special day.

"Happy Birthday to my gorgeous friend @tonibraxton !!!!! Love U !!!!! Muahhhhh ;) ;) !!!!!!" Kim wrote.

Toni also re-tweeted messages from her sisters Tamar and Trina and her mother, Evelyn.

"Happy Birthday to the one and only @tonibraxton I ? You," Tamar wrote.

"Happy Birthday to my oldest daughter @tonibraxton! Love you!" Evelyn echoed.

The celebrated singer was humbled by all the fuss and tweeted a thank you message to friends, fans and loved ones but admitted she hadn't taken it easy.

"Thanks so much guys for the birthday wishes!!! I've been working all day!" Toni wrote.

The star is currently gearing up for her performance Tuesday on America's Tonight Show with Jay Leno.

Toni will take the stage with singer-songwriter Babyface to perform their new single Hurt You for the first time.

The pair are currently promoting their new album, Love, Marriage, Divorce, scheduled for US release this December.
