Brit show downloads to go on sale

Take That's Brits performance will be available to download

Take That, Rihanna and Plan B's performances at the Brits will be put online to download, with artists waiving profits for charity.

Acts such as Arcade Fire, Adele and Cee Lo Green will play the show, which is being broadcast live on ITV1.

All the performances will then be available to buy at www.itunes.com/brits directly after the show.

Last year just Dizzee Rascal and Florence And The Machine's collaboration You Got The Dirtee Love was made available. It rocketed into the official charts at number two by the end of the week.

Brits bosses said that each of the artists' proceeds will be going to the Awards' charity partner, The Brits Trust.

Other artists due to play at tonight's event at the O2 Arena in London include Tinie Tempah and Mumford and Sons.

Your Horoscopes by Russell Grant

Aries:

Wanderlust may be too powerful to resist. Planning a long holiday will be a pleasant diversion from work. You don't have to have fancy accommodation. You're willing to rough it for an adventure, but you do want to get good value for your money. Doing some research into the best places to stay and eat will pay off handsomely. Take along a friend who is free spirited and eager to explore unfamiliar vistas. The two of you will make great travelling companions.More
