Brooke Burke Charvet has officially beat thyroid cancer.
The American model had a thyroidectomy last month to treat the disease.
The 41-year-old Dancing with the Stars host reveals she has received news from doctors her cancerous masses have been completely removed.
"I just got the results back from all of my tests and great news - the thyroid cancer has been removed from my body and all my lymph nodes are clear," she wrote on her ModernMom.com blog.
"So I'm hoping that this is the end of the story," she added.
The married mother-of-four also described her recovery period.
Since the December 6 operation she has been catching up on her favourite television shows and spending time with her family.
"In a weird way, it's kind of the perfect ending to a very busy year. I've taken the rest of the year off to recover and catch up with my family and now we're just celebrating life," she said.
Brooke announced in November she had been diagnosed thyroid cancer.
The television star shares two daughters with her first husband, plastic surgeon Garth Fisher. She also has a son and a daughter with husband, French singer David Charvet.
The couple married in 2011.
