Bruce enjoying his early finish

Bruce Forsyth has handed over the reins of the Strictly results show this year

Bruce Forsyth has said he is really enjoying his early nights, now he doesn't have to host the Strictly Come Dancing results show.

The 82-year-old TV presenter has handed over the presenting of the results show - which airs on Sundays - to Claudia Winkleman, so he can go home, put his feet up and watch Match Of The Day.

Bruce said: "It's wonderful, wonderful! I'm home in time for Match Of The Day, which is good."

He added: "Although my first week last week, there was no Match Of The Day, because it was the international match tonight. But in future I shall always be home in time."

Strictly fans will see Peter Andre perform his new single Defender on the celebrity dancing show this weekend.

Following in the footsteps of Robbie Williams and Gary Barlow, who kicked off the series with their duet Shame, Peter will be performing in front of the packed Strictly audience, both in the studio and at home.

He said: "I am so honoured to be performing on Strictly Come Dancing, I love the show so much.

"It seems an ideal show for the first performance of my new single Defender, especially as the video is based around a very complex and testing dance routine. It'll be great to premiere it in front of some professional dancers!"

Sorting out and organising your surroundings should be your first priority. As a general rule, you don't mind an untidy workspace. As far as you're concerned, messiness is a sign of genius. There comes a point when even the most talented person has to make order from chaos. It may take a few hours to sort through all the papers that have accumulated, but take heart. Once you dispose the junk, you'll be able to zip through chores like a hot knife through butter.More
