Bruce Jenner ‘responds to Kris’ filing’
Bruce Jenner has reportedly filed a “nearly identical” response.
The Kardashian-Jenner family matriarch, 58, recently submitted legal documents asking to end their marriage, citing “irreconcilable differences”, RadarOnline reported Monday.
And Bruce, 64, followed-up with a “nearly identical” filing on Tuesday, according to E! News.
Kris and her estranged husband, a former US Olympian, announced their separation 11 months ago.
Kris said at the time the couple were “much happier” living apart after Bruce moved from the family’s home in Calabasas, California to the coastal city of Malibu.
"We will always have much love and respect for each other. Even though we are separated, we will always remain best friends and, as always, our family will remain our number one priority,” she told E! at the time.
Their relationship has continued to appear genial, however, with Kris marking their 23rd wedding anniversary last April by sharing a photo of Bruce on social media, describing him as “one of the most amazing men I know”.
The former couple share daughters Kendall and Kylie Jenner, who are 18 and 17-years-old, respectively.
Radar initially reported Kris has asked for joint physical and legal custody of Kylie, as she’s still a minor.
The website also claimed Kris asked to keep all assets acquired on her own since their date of separation, reportedly listed as June 1, 2013.
Kris was previously wed to Robert Kardashian, the father of her adult children and fellow Keeping Up with the Kardashians stars Kourtney, Kim, Khloé and Rob.
Their 13-year marriage ended in 1991, and Robert passed away from esophageal cancer 12 years later.
Bruce has been married two times prior, to Chrystie Crownover and Linda Thompson.
