Bruce Willis's five daughters keep him tuned to his feminine side
Bruce Willis has the utmost respect for the opposite sex, as he has five daughters of his own.
The 59-year-old Die Hard actor is known for taking on extremely masculine roles in a number of action movies.
But since he is the father of five daughters Bruce is very much in touch with his feminine side and he honours the opposite sex.
"I'm a big fan of women -- I'm surrounded by women," he told Entertainment Tonight.
Bruce and his wife Emma Heming welcomed their second daughter, Evelyn, into the world on May 5.
The couple are already parents to Mabel, two, and although the star says everyone is doing “great”, he admits fatigue is more prominent than usual with a newborn in the house.
"I kinda rest once in a while," he laughed.
Bruce also has three daughters with ex-wife Demi Moore; Rumer Willis, 25, Scout Willis, 22, and Tallulah Willis, 20.
The action movie icon got divorced from Demi in 2000 after 12 years of marriage. Last year around the same time it was announced he was to become a father again, Bruce opened up about how great he felt about his life.
“I've never been as happy as I am now!" he told German magazine Bild. "I feel like a caveman protecting his family, living for his family. I have four daughters, I get up at seven am when our baby wakes up. My family has become the focus of my life and the entire meaning of it.
"It's fulfilling, very fulfilling. It's real life. On screen I pretend as if I'm alive. At home, I'm me. Being a father is the most wonderful task."
