Bryan Adams and his girlfriend Alicia Grimaldi are expecting their second child together.
The 53-year-old Canadian rocker and Alicia are elated to give their daughter Bunny a sibling.
The couple will welcome their new tyke in 2013.
"There's another baby on the way for singer Bryan Adams and Alicia Grimaldi," Bryan's representatives told People magazine.
"Their daughter, Bunny Grimaldi-Adams, is now 18 months old, and the new baby is due next year."
Bryan initially attributed Alicia's baby weight to an overconsumption of sweets.
The musician and photographer is happy to learn that Alicia's body is in fact adapting to being pregnant.
"Alicia's either eaten too much chocolate cake or we're expecting another baby… I think it's a baby," he joked.
Bryan will resume his American tour in Tulsa, Oklahoma on December 10.
His first book of photography entitled Exposed was released in November.
