Michael Buble has said he wants his son to grow up to be the next David Beckham.
The Canadian crooner is a football fan and dreams of his child being a star of the game when he is older.
He told The Sun that he and wife Luisana Lopilato, 25, had felt the baby kick for the first time and that it was already powerful.
Michael, 37, said: "I used to play soccer when I was younger so I'd be thrilled if he grew up to be a footballer. And who's better than Becks?
"It's my wife's dream as well. She called yesterday to say she felt the baby kick for the first time.
"She thinks he's got a future with her favourite team, Club Atletico River Plate in Buenos Aires.
"We are both excited, it's brought us closer together and I think that's reflected in my music."
The couple's first child is due on August 21. Michael met Argentinian actress, model and singer Luisana backstage at one of his shows in 2008 and they married in March 2011.
Michael, who is promoting his sixth album To Be Loved and has 10 shows coming up at the O2, would have no problem being a stay at home dad, saying: "My wife is 25 and a really successful actress. She has the same burning desire for a great career that I had at her age. I honestly think that her work and her life is more important to me than mine.
"If I don't go on tour so I can sit with her on a film set with our baby then that's what I need to do."
