Bushtucker pair to face off again

Joey Essex will face another Bush Tucker Trial

Viewers voted for chat show host Matthew Wright to go head-to-head with reality TV star Joey Essex for a second time - after the pair were forced to drink blended cockroach on I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here!

A clearly crestfallen Wright returned to camp empty-handed despite completing all five courses of the challenge but failing to down the chitinous cocktail as fast as his rival.

Now he and Essex will face off again in a pair of giant hourglasses designed to bury them up to their necks in sand and insects.

The presenter entered this week's Bush Tucker Trial in confident mood, telling hosts Ant and Dec that he had got over his fears from the last trial and was now "in control".

The pair chewed their way through pig brains, ostrich penis, and smelly camel toe, but the trial was decided over a glass of blended cockroach.

That meant Essex's team dined on wallaby and new potatoes while their opposite numbers had to make do with rice and beans.

Wright told his teammates his trial has been "horrible" and "disgusting", saying: " I started the day hungry and I don't feel hungry any more. I feel sick - sick because of what I have eaten and sick."

When the hosts served up turkey testicle, Essex - who previously named goat's cheese as the most disgusting thing he had ever eaten - won the toss and made Wright go first. But he seemed to be having second thoughts as he watched the former Sun journalist choke and splutter on his meal.

The contestants got a bit of a break when the sun came out, giving them a chance to top up their tans with beauty queen Amy Willerton wasting no time in stripping down to her bra to sunbathe.

Viewers saw her and Essex bond as she taught him how to tell the time on an analogue clock, while tonight's viewers discovered Olympic swimmer Rebecca Addlington pees in the pool.

You'll have to make an emotional appeal to your boss. Unless things change, you might have to find another job. You're a very tolerant person, but you can't handle toxic behaviour. A colleague who takes great pleasure in making everyone feel miserable should be reprimanded. Make it clear you aren't the only person who is suffering from their abuse. Explain how this bully is ruining morale. It's a system wide problem that needs to be nipped in the bud.More
