Gerard Butler was spotted celebrating his clean bill of health at the Oscars, just days after checking out of the Betty Ford Centre.
The 300 star made his first public appearance after checking out of rehab at the Vanity Fair's annual Oscars after-party where he was seen to be enjoying himself and was reportedly overheard telling friends he was feeling "great".
Gerard's representative told The New York Daily News: "Gerard has completed a successful course of treatment and has returned home in good health."
The 39-year-old Scottish actor apparently spent three weeks at the centre being treated for prescription drug addiction.
Gerard's problems are thought to have developed from the physical demands of his action movies such as 300 in 2006 and got worse after he was badly injured in December during a surfing accident on the set of his new movie Of Men And Mavericks.
