Cameron Diaz 'disciplined'

Cameron Diaz wants to empower women to "make their own choices."

The stunning 40-year-old actress is in great shape.

Cameron is committed to her lifestyle, but she isn't comfortable with telling other people how to live their lives.

"It's not about what I eat or do what I do. It's really about the information, so that young girls and women can look at it and make their own choices. I'd hate to give them guidelines of what I do," she told the British edition of Elle magazine.

"My hope is that I give them all the information so that it doesn't matter what I or other people do.... I'm excited about my discipline [which revolves around] a protein, a grain and a green... I want to be disciplined. It's not a limitation to me; it opens up my life to so many opportunities."

Cameron admits that she lacks self-restraint with one key food.

Pub food pork scratchings make her weak in the knees.

"Oh, that's my favourite snack in the whole world!" she gushed.

"Even with the bristles - I don't care, I'll do it! It's my favourite thing."

Your Horoscopes by Russell Grant

Gemini:

A friend will tell you about a job opening at their company. This lead will turn into a dead end. Don't set your hopes on this possibility. Instead of looking for another job, concentrate on fulfilling your duties. Tempers are running high. The last thing you want is to catch the attention of an irritable superior. If someone does criticise your work, remain silent. These remarks may be terribly unfair, but defending yourself will only make the situation worse. Breathe deep. This, too, shall pass.More
