Chantelle Houghton has spoken out about her blossoming romance with Rav Wilding, revealing she is "really happy" with how things are going.

The reality TV star said her relationship with the presenter has taken her mind off ex-husband Preston, who she was reunited with in the Ultimate Big Brother house.

"I have my new romance now, Rav - he's lovely and it's going very well," she said.

"It's been seven or eight weeks and it's very early days so we're keeping it low-key, but I'm really happy and everything is going great. We are taking it one step at a time."

Chantelle, who releases her new fitness DVD Chantelle's Boot Camp Workout on December 27, insisted she is over Preston now.

"Yes, absolutely. We are not not friends but we have not spoken, or needed to speak. No bad feelings, but he's my ex-husband and I'm his ex-wife," she said.

"He's got a girlfriend and I'm with someone and your life goes in different ways."

Seeing Preston in the Big Brother house unnerved her somewhat.

"Obviously it wasn't a nice time, I'm sure any woman wouldn't want to be locked up with her ex-husband!" she admitted.

"It was a difficult time but I'm through it now. I got through the other end and I'm just focusing on being fit and healthy and staying happy."
