Chelsea Handler has recalled a late night party experience where she purchased a pack of cigarettes for $500.
The American comedian is inclined to have a smoke every now and again.
Speaking in a podcast interview that aired for WTF with Marc Maron Monday, Chelsea shared a hazy anecdote.
"I smoke sometimes when I drink," Chelsea shared. "I like to smoke when I drink so I only drink a couple nights a week, actually."
One night Chelsea hosted a girls only soiree at her Bel Air home, playing ping pong and watching romantic film Like Crazy.
Later in the evening the star yearned for a smoke.
"Around one in the morning, I decided I wanted a cigarette so we called [Los Angeles delivery company] Yummy.com, [but they didn't deliver to my area]," Chelsea recalled. "I called them back and said 'I will give you $500 if you bring me a pack of Capris.' And they're like, 'What are Capris?' I'm like 'They're for Russian hookers and we need a pack of Capris and I will give you $500.' "
Chelsea promised a cash on delivery payment, but unfortunately she forgot that she had no money.
"I didn't even have my wallet here, it's at work!" she laughed. "So I didn't even have the money so [my friend] had to use her money. That's a really embarrassing story! I'm such a loser!"
