Cher shocks fans with visit

Cher

Cher looked "casual and normal" during a rare public appearance this week.

The 66-year-old Hollywood legend attended the Cycle For Heroes benefit Tuesday, an event that supports disabled veterans through philanthropic organisation The Heroes Project.

Cher took photos with fans, hopped on a spinning cycle and was charming everyone at the affair.

"Everyone was shocked to see a superstar like Cher, looking so casual and normal on the Santa Monica Pier," a source told Radar Online.

"There wasn't an ounce of diva in her."

People were in awe of how nice Cher was.

Apparently she was warm to everyone she interacted with.

"She was super sweet," the source detailed.

"Fans kept walking up to her and asking for autographs and she happily obliged. She also took photos with everyone who asked."

Cher also had a great time with her fans.

The star took to Twitter to express her thoughts on the night shortly after the event took place.

"There were so many ppl there but i wanted to sit down quietly & speak with this boy! I met a Totally cool young man w/all his limbs gone. (sic)" she tweeted.
