The Caddyshack star is seeking help for an alcohol-related issue.

Funnyman Chevy Chase has checked into rehab.

A representative for the National Lampoon's Vacation star has confirmed the actor/comedian is an in-patient at Hazelden Addiction Treatment Center in Minnesota - the same place his longtime pal Robin Williams was treated in 2014.

The rep tells TMZ Chevy, 72, is seeking a "tune-up" for an alcohol-related problem.

It's not the first time Chase has fought drinking issues - he checked into the Betty Ford Clinic in California in the 1980s, and was convicted of drunk driving in Beverly Hills in January, 1995.

The rehab news comes at a busy time for the former Saturday Night Live regular - he is set to appear in two upcoming movies, Dog Years and The Christmas Apprentice, while Chevy and his Vacation co-star Beverly D'Angelo are in talks to play retired characters who have to give up their comfortable lives and raise their grandchildren in a new TV comedy.

The couple reprised their roles as Clark and Ellen Griswold in last year's (15) Vacation sequel, which featured Ed Helms as their grown-up son and Christina Applegate.

Meanwhile, Chase's former Community castmate Joel McHale is in negotiations to portray the funnyman in a new National Lampoon origins movie, opposite Will Forte.
