Chris Hemsworth: I washed breast pumps
Chris Hemsworth has revealed the worst job he had before finding fame.
The actor was a soap star in his native Australia before hitting the big time in Hollywood, but it hasn't always been glitz and glamour for the 31-year-old.
In fact his worst job before becoming an actor involved cleaning out apparatus needed by new mothers.
"I worked for a pharmacy that would rent out milk extractors, you know breast pumps, for pregnant women," he told Collider.
"I swear to God I had a toothbrush and a spray, and I would scrub dried milk off the machines."
Luckily those days are behind him, and he's now more used to playing superheroes than cleaners.
Chris can currently be seen in Avengers: Age of Ultron, where he reunites with fellow Marvel favourites Iron Man, played by Robert Downey Jr., and Captain America, portrayed by Chris Evans.
The A-list cast also includes Scarlett Johansson, Mark Ruffalo and Jeremy Renner.
Jeremy, who plays bow and arrow ace Hawkeye, recently spoke about how much he looks forward to seeing his "degenerate" pals when the Avengers film a new movie. Chris Evans echoed the sentiment.
"I'll say similar to Jeremy. Marvel does a good job of bringing the same people together, not just in front of the camera, but behind the camera, so coming back together as a group, it's kind [of like] family, it's a lot of familiar faces... It's like a high school reunion or something," he told Cover Media.
