Kelly Clarkson is so in love with fiancé Brandon Blackstock, she “annoys herself”.

The singer couldn’t help but gush about how much she was spoiled by her fiancé Brandon Blackstock on her April 24 birthday.

On Wednesday Kelly shared two photographs on her WhoSay account showing a huge cake and a bouquet of sunflowers.

"I woke up to sunflowers and a red velvet cake that my baby made me,” the star wrote alongside the images. “I'm so in love I'm annoying myself ha!"

Kelly and Brandon, a Nashville talent agent, got engaged in December last year.

The star also discussed her newfound happiness – both in her career and personal life - in a birthday tweet to fans.

“Today is my 31st birthday!" she wrote on WhoSay. "I'm the happiest I've ever been in my life and my career has never been stronger.

“Thank you God for such an amazing family, group of friends, and a fan base that is rocking!

“For my birthday I get to put out a Christmas Album at the end of the year (It's sounding amazing!!), go on tour with @Maroon5 (gonna be killer), and GET MARRIED!! It's a big year people!!"

Kelly and Brandon have yet to announce when they plan to tie the knot.

However, the first American Idol winner has revealed that country singer Blake Shelton will both sing at her wedding and officiate the ceremony.
