Fans of Strictly Come Dancing are in for a treat tonight when contestant Ben Cohen does a backflip off a trampoline.

The former England rugby player has been practising the move with some help from Olympic gymnast Louis Smith, who won the BBC1 competition last year.

Countdown presenter Rachel Riley was the fifth star to be voted off the programme last week, losing the dance-off to Abbey Clancy.

She was unanimously given the boot by judges after the head-to-head battle with the model who has been touted as one of this year's main contenders.

Strictly drew its biggest audience of the series so far last week with an average of 10 million tuning in on Saturday - maintaining its huge lead over ITV rival The X Factor, which drew 7.9 million viewers.

The first 10s of the series were awarded to actress Natalie Gumede and her partner Artem Chigvintsev who glided through the ballroom dancing a Viennese waltz.

The couple scored 38 - receiving the first 10 pointers of the year, courtesy of judges Bruno Tonioli and Darcey Bussell.

A topless Cohen and his partner Kristina Rihanoff got a standing ovation for their paso doble, scoring 32.

With their encouragement, you'll be able to finish work in record time. After hours, you'll be able to share a good meal together. Do your best to balance work with play.More
