Comics brave gents as lay-dees

David Walliams as Melody and Matt Lucas as Keeley from the new BBC comedy Come Fly With Me

David Walliams and Matt Lucas raised eyebrows while filming their new series - after nipping to the gents dressed as lay-dees.

The Little Britain duo filmed their forthcoming BBC One comedy Come Fly With Me at a real airport as passengers milled around.

But it meant the comics had to use the facilities alongside confused travellers while dressed as new characters Keeley and Melody, a pair of check-in girls.

David said: "The interesting thing is we get recognised by some British people who might have seen Little Britain.

"But, obviously, as we're in an airport, a huge percentage of people are from other countries who probably don't recognise us and are just utterly mystified as to why there are two men dressed as women having a pee next to them in the toilet."

Matt added: "I think you surrender your privacy."

The pair have created a series of characters who work in or pass through a fictional airport for their new spoof documentary series, which debuts on BBC One on Christmas Day.

You'll have to make an emotional appeal to your boss. Unless things change, you might have to find another job. You're a very tolerant person, but you can't handle toxic behaviour. A colleague who takes great pleasure in making everyone feel miserable should be reprimanded. Make it clear you aren't the only person who is suffering from their abuse. Explain how this bully is ruining morale. It's a system wide problem that needs to be nipped in the bud.More
