James Corden has joined friend and collaborator Mathew Baynton in Cannes to showcase their new comedy thriller The Wrong Mans.
The Gavin And Stacey star and Mathew - who played Deano in the hit comedy - co-wrote the new BBC show about two hapless office workers inadvertently caught up in a criminal conspiracy.
James, Mathew and director Jim Field Smith - whose previous work includes sitcom Episodes - were promoting their new venture at the MIPTV convention in the south of France.
Mathew previously told the BBC: "James and I dreamt up The Wrong Mans during a break on the set of Gavin And Stacey four years ago."
Executive producer Mark Freeland revealed: "We are trying to do a comedy with explosions, a lot of running about, murder, extortion, friendship and love. I cannot wait. But I'm glad I'm not doing the running about bit."
James and Mathew will play Phil and Sam, a pair of office workers who answer a ringing phone at the site of a car crash and find themselves thrust into a deadly underworld.
