Cork skates out of ice dance show
Dominic Cork has been voted off Dancing On Ice in a twist that saw his fellow contestants decide who left the competition.
Cricketer Dominic and presenter Jeff Brazier were in the bottom two after the public vote and went head to head in the skate-off.
After Jeff took a tumble during an ambitious routine to Jack Johnson's Better Together, he gave a much improved performance and managed to stay on his feet to keep his place on the show.
Each of their fellow contestants came out one by one to vote for who they wanted to stay, with six choosing Jeff over the three - Johnson Beharry, Denise Welch and 'Comedy' Dave Vitty - who sided with Dominic.
Dominic, whose number saw him skating in a Union Jack waistcoat, had earlier earned harsh words from the judges with Jason Gardiner saying the best part of his performance was "when it was over".
The cricketer, whose support in the audience included Andrew Flintoff, paid tribute to his partner Alexandra Schauman.
He said: "I've loved it and for one reason, and that's Alexandra. She's a top professional and I hope she's here next year. Whoever gets her is a lucky man.
"I wish all the guys all the best. I've loved every bit of it."
Chloe Madeley kicked off the show with an energetic routine to I Love Rock'n'Roll, scoring 19.5 from the judges.
Judge Jason later described actor Sam Attwater as "skating Viagra" after he pulled through a shoulder injury to get the top score of the night with 25.
