Courteney and David sell mansion
Courteney Cox and David Arquette are saying goodbye to their Los Angeles home, five months after their divorce became final.
The couple bought the mansion together in 2004, and lived there until they split in 2010.
David continued to live in the house, while Courteney moved out with their daughter Coco who is now eight years old.
The 5,500 square foot Beverly Hills pad is located in the highly-exclusive gated neighbourhood called Trousdale Estates. Designed by famed architect A. Quincy Jones, the house has five bedrooms and four bathrooms. Floor-to-ceiling windows show off incredible panoramic views of Los Angeles.
Although Courteney, 49, and David, 41, split in 2010, they remained on very good terms and didn’t file for divorce until June 2012. The divorce was finalised in April 2013.
“He's my best friend in the world...I love him. I appreciate David more now than I ever did," Courteney previously told Ellen DeGeneres.
"I think we both appreciate each other more. I hope he does. I do. I mean, it's hard. I don't recommend divorce in general, but, you know, he is my best friend and we've both grown and changed."
Since the split, Courteney has been linked to her Cougar Town co-star Brian Van Holt while David is currently dating entertainment reporter Christina McLarty.
Courteney, Brian and Coco were spotted holidaying in Cancun in August. The trip was unfortunately cut short when Courteney broke her wrist and had to return to LA for treatment.
