Courteney Cox fuels Hopkins romance rumours

Courteney Cox

Courteney Cox is fuelling rumours she’s dating her Cougar Town co-star Josh Hopkins after the pair were reportedly seen getting cosy at a Los Angeles restaurant.

The 48-year-old actress and her estranged husband David Arquette separated in 2010 and he filed for divorce last summer.

She was subsequently linked to her 42-year-old co-star last year with the pair spending more and more time together off the set of their hit US sitcom.

The pair are finding it more difficult to brush off rumours they’re a couple as time goes by. According to Radar Online, Courteney and Josh were seen getting cosy on Thursday night at a popular Los Angeles restaurant called Craig’s despite their attempts to go unnoticed.

“Courteney and Josh arrived separately but once they were inside the restaurant the two of them shared a table and seemed awfully cosy together,” an onlooker told the website. “They certainly looked like more than just friends. They make a really good looking couple.”

Courteney and Josh have yet to confirm reports they are romantically involved.

The actress shares eight-year-old daughter Coco with her ex David.

She responded to the actor’s divorce petition back in June, 13 years after they wed.

Although they are no longer together, she confessed last year she still loves David and is looking forward to their family’s future.

“He’s just hysterical. He’s my best friend,” Courteney told People magazine in February 2012. “There’s almost no one I’d rather be in the same room with. We’re going to be a family forever.”
