Katie Holmes' divorce from ex-husband Tom Cruise is officially complete.
The 33-year-old actress split from Tom in June and less than two weeks after papers were filed the couple agreed on a settlement.
E! News reports that a New York City judge approved the terms of annulment on Monday.
Katie has been awarded primary legal and physical custody of the former couple's six-year-old daughter Suri. Tom has reportedly been granted "generous" visitation rights.
The settlement is said to contain stringent rules on how the child will be raised and what religious beliefs she will be exposed to. Tom's Scientology religion is widely rumoured to have been one of the reasons the former couple's relationship broke down.
Katie and Tom were married for five years before the breakdown of their relationship. The pair tied the knot in an extravagant ceremony in Italy.
Tom has two other children, Connor and Bella, from his marriage to Nicole Kidman.
