Cuba Gooding Jr. says people still "freak out" when they see Tom Cruise.
The actor worked with the international superstar on the 1996 film Jerry Maguire.
The Academy Award-winner admits it amuses him to see people's reactions when they meet the iconic actor.
"Tom Cruise is so big a star, it's just good to be around him and see how he holds himself around people. Because people freak out when they see him still!" he told UK TV show Daybreak.
Cuba also spoke about his family, who he credits with keeping him grounded.
Speaking of his three children, he admitted they have him wrapped around their fingers.
"I'm just the chauffeur [to my kids]. I have a 17-year-old boy, a 15-year-old boy and a six-year-old little girl," he said, before answering what keeps him grounded. "17-year-old boy, a 15-year-old boy and a six-year-old little girl! And I've been with my wife since high school, I was 19 and she was 17. She hangs in there. When you've got a family that you love and they love you, that's bigger than anything you've done."
