Damon's Downton disagreements
Matt Damon and his wife have had a disagreement about Downton Abbey.
The wedded pair, who got hitched in 2005, are both big fans of the British period drama.
But when Luciana started to watch the show without Matt the couple nearly fell out, with the 43-year-old actor having to catch up with all the drama alone.
"We were supposed to watch it together and I came to bed one night and she said, 'I've just watched six of them - I'll tell you what happened!" he laughed to chat show host Graham Norton.
"She wanted to watch the seventh and didn't want to go back to the beginning. So she's done the whole thing and I am on my own."
Downton star Hugh Bonneville is currently starring alongside Matt in World War II drama The Monuments Men.
The movie co-stars George Clooney, who also wrote and directed the true life tale about a group of soldiers tasked with rescuing valuable pieces of art stolen by the Nazis.
And it seems Matt wasn't the only Downton fan on set. George has also recently professed his love of the quintessentially English TV show, though he doesn't think he'll be landing a role anytime soon.
"We all love that show, it's huge," he told red carpet reporters at Tuesday night's The Monuments Men London premiere.
"I am too lowly for a part, I don't think they want me. I can't do the accent either. It's all very Dick Van Dyke."
Hugh is no doubt pleased by this comment, after he stated that his wife Lulu Williams was a big fan of George's.
"Well, I think every spouse wants to run off with George Clooney," he laughed to British newspaper Metro when asked if Lulu was a George admirer. "She actually ended up wanting to run away with [co-star] Bill Murray."
