David Beckham 'considers romantic tattoo'
David Beckham is keeping wedding anniversary plans "under wraps", but may get a new tattoo in tribute to his wife Victoria.
The 38-year-old star wants to pull out all the stops on July 4 as he celebrates 14 years of marriage with Victoria. The couple are happier than ever together and David, who is known for making lavish gestures on the special day, wants this anniversary to be the best one yet.
He is even thinking about adding to his already impressive collection of body art.
"David is keeping it under wraps. But they'll be in Europe, and the grandparents are on-hand to look after the kids, so they can enjoy the night alone. David's been known to fill private jets with rose petals and whisk her away somewhere, so who knows. There's also talk of him getting another tattoo to mark the occasion and the start of their next chapter," a source told British magazine Grazia.
The couple raise four children together - Brooklyn 14, Romeo, ten, Cruz, eight and Harper, who turns two next week. David and Victoria were thrilled to welcome a daughter into their family with the arrival of Harper in 2011, and aren't ruling out adding to their brood.
"The joy that Harper has brought them is just indescribable," an insider said. "There's nothing planned right now, but never say never."
The stars recently returned from a business trip to China. Although Victoria had a busy schedule promoting her fashion line and David was championing the benefits of soccer for children, they still made time for each other.
The couple are said to have enjoyed several romantic dates during their visit.
"They had fun together. It was the first trip in a very long time where they've been without the children, so although they both worked hard, there were romantic dinners and plenty of Chinese rice wine!" a source revealed.
It has been reported they are now searching for a property in the exclusive Kensington and Chelsea area of London and plan to spend most of this year in England.
Their three boys are settling into school in London and the family are enjoying life in the city.
This week, David and Victoria attended Cruz's sports day - and happily got into the spirit of things by taking part in some activities.
Although David has now retired from professional soccer he is clearly still in great shape as he won the fathers' 100m sprint, leaving the other dads some way behind. He was seen proudly wearing a gold medal around his neck as he carried Harper around the sports field.
Victoria fared less well, she was beaten by designer Stella McCartney in her race.
“They were like just any other mum and dad. But Becks easily won the race," a source told British newspaper The Sun. "He beat the other dads by miles. He sprinted to the end in no time at all and left the other less fit dads way behind.”
